White Dresses for Summer

I love a crisp, white dress for summer. White cotton and linen not only look cool, they actually do a great job of keeping you cool all summer long. We’ve had a beautiful spring and as we get closer to summer, temperatures are on the rise. Add in the fact that vaccines continue to roll out and the pandemic is coming to an end, and I am ready to shop! I can’t wait to sit on a patio in the sun with some girlfriends and a cold glass of white wine. While wearing a fabulous frock, of course. For the last few weeks I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect white summer dress. Preferably linen or cotton, an easy “throw-on-and-go” silhouette, and MUST have pockets. Bonus points if it can be dressed up or down, or double as a swim coverup. I also want it to have some type of interesting detail, such as a ruffle, tie strap, or corseting.
